Reconciling Runs Created and Linear Weights (February 11, 2004)
This is a rather boring and dry article. Its an expanded version of an email exchange I had with someone this week. Its worthwhile to get it out there for those who want to get a better understanding of this.
More boring than reading about it is to endlessly debate it. For this reason, I've closed off the discussions.
